Why do you spread your weight loss program out week by week? Why can't I read it all at once?

I'm not interested in getting someone pumped up about losing weight, just so they can run out of fuel after the first week. If you REALLY want to lose weight, it's going to take a serious change in your life--there are no easy 1-2-3 solutions.

And while I do provide the instructions for losing weight, my program is focused more on helping you make the commitment to change...and on dedicating yourself to sticking with your decision.

If you want a 'fast up - fast down' kind of solution, you should be able to find one elsewhere.

I'm committed to helping you get results. Real results that will last you for the rest of your life. And sometimes, this might take a new way of thinking.

That's WAY too much to swallow in a single sitting.

So for now, the program will be delivered a little at a time.
